Interview with KyddFitness
Who are your clients exactly?
My clientele varies from stay at home mums to career-driven individuals, who understand that their lifestyle and work is affecting their health and fitness, along with their overall weight and they want to do something about it.
They are Male and females, although 99% of my current clientele is made up predominantly of females between the age of 30-50+yrs who want to get stronger, look, move and feel better than there currently do, through the use of my services of bespoke personal training, nutritional coaching and lifestyle management, so that their can be able to future-proof their bodies for a healthy older age, along with having more energy both at home or in the workplace.
Who will your programmes work for?
My programmes are suitable for everyone who doesn’t have any major injuries and for all levels so long as there are willing to make a commitment to their fitness and wellness.
Where do your Personal Training take place?
I work mostly in the Cheltenham town centre via a private member gym (my clients don’t need to be a member), but I also travel to see clients at their homes right across the Cotswolds.
What type of person do I need to be to make this work?
You don’t need to be perfect. Just someone who is open minded and genuinely willing to make the time for the change you seek.
If I’m not sure I’m ready to get started, how can I sample your work to see if it’s the right solution for me?
That’s totally understandable and that’s why I offer a free taster session/consultation. This will give you a chance to come and meet me get a feel of the environment, make rapport and see my approach. You can also follow us on Facebook or instagram for daily tips and news to see what i’m all about.
What results can I expect?
I won’t tell you what I think, I’ll tell you what my clients say to me at the end of using my services, please visit my success stories page on the website.
How quickly can I expect results?
It all depends on you the individual and your starting pointing as everyone is different on a psychological and physiological level, but in my experience change firstly needs to happen in the individual mind-set, I have seen some individual start a program and fully committed and make awesome changes in 12 weeks while others takes 52 weeks plus to learn, and re-educate themselves on what is needed to make the long term change necessary to get the required results.
It sounds great but I don’t have time?
Is your wellbeing, Health, nutrition, training and happiness a priority? If yes, then I know you will find the time. Our different packages and especially with the online workouts that go with the program will ensure that you can do your sessions almost anywhere, even if just using your bodyweight.
Do I need to be fit to keep up in the sessions?
No – you don’t have to be fit, strong, or be a certain weight to get started, in fact that’s one of the reason why you should start today, in fact some of my current clients have never been to a gym since their early school days, all you need is a positive mental attitude which simply mean “I can do, I will try ” that alone will be your starting requirement.
Is it going to be really hard?
You will be progressed at your own pace and abilities. Like anything new, you will need time to adjust and feel comfortable with everything but rest assured that I would never teach you exercises or give you advice that are impossible or not safe, challenging yes, impossible no!
Ok, I know which I package I want, How do we get started?
All you have to do is fill in the form for your free consultation session on my contact page or home page and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours, please not that you might need to check your junk emails for your reply depending on your email service provider.
What is the one piece of advice you give every client?
Have patience, be persistent and have some kind of consistency with what there’re doing to get the desired results and know that what you’re doing is a lifestyle and not just some 12 weeks fix.
Why you think you are, or could be, the one of the best personal trainers in your or wider area.
1-My clients feedback best answers this question, I have a vested interested in their overall wellbeing, health, and overall results through to the end, it’s not about showing up for just a training session like with pervious PT’s, they may have used in the past, it’s what goes on in-between those session, with regular feedback and follow up, with educating and empowering them along the way so they have the education or re-education in most instances, along with the ability to do things on their own well long after their use my services.
2-Also because I’m consistently re-investing in my own education and personal development so I can deliver faster but sustainable results with my clients, along with better customer service and care.
Can I Train With A Friend?
Yes! Apart from my 1-2-1 packages I offer semi-private training which is 2-4 person sharing the same goals along with small group training which comprise of 5-8 person per sessions but share similar goals for more information please get in touch or checkout the relevant subheading on website, Semi Private sessions are 60% of a Private session price.
What Is Meant By A Body Composition Test
For body composition, we typically take a body fat assessment where by we use caliper skin fold measurements to assess your body fat percentage and lean mass ratios. We use a 12-point method and take various sites of your body. Along with taking before/after photo’s, scale weight and tape measurements. For males we recommend wearing a pair of shorts and for females shorts and a sports bra.
Paying For packages
All payments are dependent on selection of package however all payments must be paid prior to your first session with us. Prior our consultation. Payment happens on a monthly basis, as I don’t do “pay as you go” methods.
