Have been married for the best part of 30yrs.
With two kids and a decent career between them.
They loved socialising heavily and with it comes late nights and heavy drinking, which affects they sleep.
Which usually leave them tired and groggy for most of the next day.
They exercises routine is usually when they get up to order they drinks from the bar or collect the paperwork from the photocopier.
Which means they are carrying around some unwanted pounds.
A few months ago, Sandy when into the doctors for her Yearly check upto see how things are kicking about along with doing here yearly females checks.
She recently discovered her cholesterol is on the higher side which is a cause for concern.
After having a chat with Jim they both decided.
Now will be a good time to get they act together, if they want to be around to play with the Grandkids.
