You might not even understand all the details that may lie ahead, but no one could knock your enthusiasm for it.

You feel like you need to go all in on this new found motivation.
📈You give yourself a “kickstart” as the saying goes.
You decided to do something big and extreme maybe while your attitude is in the right place.
🗓About 2-3 weeks in, your insane routine is unsustainable because you’re tired and shattered, from trying to be all 10 out of 10 every waking hour.
😍At the start, you’re filled with enthusiasm, yes, who can blame you.
But the lifestyle you’re trying to create is in most cases different from the lifestyle that you’ve got.
Ie your Outcomes goals and Behaviour goals aren’t aligned with each other.💣
That’s why it’s hard to sustain it.
It’s NOT that you lost motivation.
It’s NOT that you’re broken or unable to make changes.
It’s that the changes that you’re trying to make are not congruent with your current lifestyle & behaviour.
It’s what keeps you from making it past those first 2-3 weeks each month or year with any new plans you had…

Try making that first step smaller. So that the change to the ‘new habit/lifestyle’ is more gradual.

Your life ie “Outcome goals” has to accommodating to your “Behaviour/lifestyle goals”.
And those adjustments can take time, depending on your knowledge and decades long behaviour and mindset.
It’s not the sexy concept you may want to hear but it’s probably the way you’ve not been doing it until now.
