And what if I told you that investing in your health will save you a ton of money over time?
Money is one of the biggest objections to getting and staying healthy, along with time, I get when ladies seek out my services.
And truthfully, none of this makes sense when you think about it.
Because at the end of the day, your health is all you have.
That’s why I can’t say it clearly enough:
You can afford to live a healthy lifestyle.
You also have time for it, regardless of any circumstances.
You’re so busy prioritizing others need before yourself, you forgot about you.
When you say, “It’s too expensive,” think about all the FREE ways to exercise, like:

In my years of experience, I discovered that most people need more – including coaching – to really commit to their health long-term, simply because of all the years of misinformation and conflicting messages via the media.
And when you’re thinking about affordability, remember that exercise saves on overall health-care costs...
It reduces the number of prescriptions you need, and it keeps you productive at work and at home with your loved ones for longer (all saving MONEY in the long run ).

Think of it this way:
The average person spends about £1k on takeaway coffee annually.
We pay an average of £137 a year on Netflix
On an average night out in the UK is about £69, that is not even including the fresh haircuts, nails, dress, etc…
The average cost of a bottle of wine is £6 x by the amount you drink on a weekly & yearly basis =££££
