In light of pancake day tomorrow, here’s a pancake recipe you can try and enjoy with the kids and family.

Protein oatmeal pancakes

-cup of mix berries fresh or frozen(blueberries, raspberries, strawberries as i used in photo)
-30 grams Whey protein powder
-5 large Egg white
-1/2 cup Rolled oats

Topper: I used 1 tsp of almond nut butter

Make 2 large serving with this amount of ingredient, add more depending on size of family, take 5-10mins, so time to eat a good breakfast.

Put the oats, whey protein powder, cinnamon, and egg whites in a blender.
While blending the ingredient Start heating up a medium size pan on medium-high heat.
Blend until mixture is roughly uniform together, If your pan is not non-stick, use your favourite oil on the heated pan, i used a small teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and pour the mixture onto the pan.
The ingredients made 2 large pancakes, so use half the mixture for one. When the sides of a pancake start to look dry or brown and start to curl up a little, flip it.

It should look lightly brown when cooked well not burn haha. When the pancakes are done, then spread almond or peanut butter along with blueberries on the same side or fruits of your choice, and fold a pancakes in half.

My daughter even ask for more after we finished eating the first batch.
